American Stories Inc. prides itself in sending out quality products for the purpose of educating the next generation's American Story writers.  If what our customers receive in the mail is not the student learning material expected, then we gladly ask them to send it back to us.  Qualifications for refunds can be found in the description below.

Please Read The Full Policy To Avoid Charges

The Terms of Service contains the return policy, please click on link to review complete details.  Here is an excerpt:
RETURN OF UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FULL REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE. RETURN SHIPPING COST WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.  IT IS AT THE COMPANY'S SOLE DISCRETION TO EVALUTATE THE CONDITION OF THE PRODUCTS UPON RECEPT TO DETERMINE REFUND ELIGIBILITY.  DAMAGED OR USED PRODUCTS THAT WERE NOT ACCEPTED FOR REFUND WILL NOT BE RETURNED UNLESS REQUESTED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION IT WAS NOT ACCEPTED FOR REFUND.  SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNED DAMGED OR USED PRODUCTS IS AT THE EXPENSE OF THE CUSTOMER. 

Library Subscriptions

The American Stories Library Card is yours forever free of charge.  If you purchased an upgraded library card to one of our bonus libraries you can cancel your subscription plan by emailing orders@americanstories.us at anytime, and we will keep your account from being charged for the next billing cycle if given at least 48 hours to process the request.  Because of the nature of the online subscription model we do not offer refunds for our digital collections.
